http://www.valentinalovett.com/
Here are a few tips to help you make her go crazy!

Steps;

Buy her a present, her favorite flower or a little bear, if you really like her you could even get her jewery! Girls love that! Anything the bings will make her happy.

Let her choose the place unless she doesn't want to, if not then ask her friends what things she enjoys doing so you know for sure that she will have a good time.

Find out what she is interested in. This will keep the conversation going.

Only go as far as she wants to, don't force yourself on her because you will scare her off! If she just wants to hold hands then that's fine, respect her. She will come to you because you are going out on a date so she obviously likes you!

Compliment her, tell her she is beautiful - not sexy! Beautiful.

Open doors ,and pull out her chair. This shows her your a gentlemen.

Make her laugh!

Tips;

Look handsome for the date.

Be yourself, women can tell when you are being fake

Relax and let things flow but be careful with what you say, you don't want to go insulting her.

RULES OF BEING A JERK

Ladies, you wondered where jerks got this stuff. They had to have learned it somewhere along the way, right? Guy's not sure if your playing the role of a jerk to the fullest. Well, here it is, all rules of jerk school finally revealed!!!

1)If a new woman appears on sight, and she looks better than the one you currently have, it is time to upgrade.Upgrading will happen without further notice.

2)Feelings and emotions are irrelevant - ignore hers, and count any that you might have as pure anomalies.

3) Don't call more than once or twice a week. Don't stay on the phone for more than 5 or 10 minutes. Don't see her more than once or twice a week. In other words, DON'T ACT LIKE A BOYFRIEND.

4)Feelings must be skillfully recognised and emulated, so that when necessary they can be faked to obtain benefit.

5)whenever she suggests going somewhere, your idea for a date will be the exact opposite.Any attempt for negotiation shall be aborted.

6)The response to almost any question from here should immediately be in the negative, however, in order to lull her into a sense of semi-security you can allow her to attempt to change your mind occasionally.

7)Generally speaking, if a woman knows that you're seeing other women, it will make you more attractive.

8)In the presence of other males who look like they may possibly have the slightest chance of being a rival, you must do huge public displays of affection--big wet kisses work best, but you know they are meaningless and you are only marking your territory.

9)when you pick up your date from her house...and if she has roommates or lives with family members ask them for their number in front of your date and then tell them that you will see them in a few hours for dessert.

10)When you get to your car on a date..wait for your date to open your door. She should be doing stuff for you all the time anyway.

11)If you disagree, or fight, or have an argument, instead of making up, make out!Not sure how? Take a look at this link

12)Build a woman up with compliments and then cut her down with friendly teases. Repeat as necessary.

13)Secretly date and make-out with another woman, but keep gf #1 on the line for a backup. Later, announce out of the blue your engagement to gf #2.

14)If there is an important event she wants you to attend: Sleep in, sleep all day. If she complains about you not going, make her feel bad for suggesting that your much needed sleep is not important.

15)It´s important to create a certain attitude during your entire conversation with a woman. Your goal is to never let her feel completely comfortable when you are talking to her. This means you should tease her behavior or comments, and make her work for YOUR attention.

16)When they call, wait for them to leave a voicemail then call back in 3 weeks, talk for less than one minute.. as you are very busy all the time.

17)Order water for her when you take her to a restaurant, criticize her hair, ask her to drive, never open the door and always walk in front of her, give her no time to get ready, only go to free activities with her, tell her all women want is your (nonexistant) money, complain about the body parts of your ex and flirt with other women to make her think you are hot/desireable.

18)If she's a single mother, ask her how wild she is (that insinuation will really help up the jerk thing)...and then act like a child suffering from sibling rivalry if you do meet her child.

19)For Thanksgiving, make sure she works her fingers to the bone preparing food for you. Devour it all, eat her food too. If she tries to eat, remind her that she's getting fat. After all the food is gone, tell her it didn't really taste that good and then vomit it up all over her.

20)Go to an extremely expensive restaurant. Let her know she can order anything she wants. Order a big meal yourself and eat it quickly. Excuse yourself for a minute to the restroom. Slip out the back (with the waitress if possible), drive away, and don't look back.

21)take her out dancing, but don't dance with her. wait till 1 or 2am, then leave with someone else.

22)Answer your cell phone while on a date and laugh and talk with whomever is calling for at LEAST 10-15 minutes. Make your date think it is another girl, even if it's your mom.

23)Give all the people in your phonebook girls names, and never delete missed calls, so if she should happen to take a sneak peak at your phones display, she'll see a bunch of missed phonecalls from girls.

24)Be sure to get a text message during a movie date - and answer it while smiling about the inside joke.

25)When at the cinema always make out during the scenes you know/notice she really wants to see. During the rest of the movie, especially sad or scary parts, keep the can of popcorn between you so she can't rest in your arms.

26)When you run into a former girlfriend, be sure to stop to visit with her (if she is younger and prettier than your current date). DO NOT introduce your date to her. But, if you must - use the label "friend" - as in, "This is my friend AMY".

27)make her cry constantly and when she does tell her she's a wimp and being "womanly" and it's annoying. You are doing it to make her stronger when you finally get fed up with her and dump her.

PLEASURE YOURSELF

http://www.valentinalovett.com/
Us women spend a lot of time worrying about ways to please our partners sexual . We're always wanting to try are learn new ways of pleasuring our man. Now it's time we start learning ways to please us... With masturbation, we can enjoy learning about what turns us on, what kinds of touches arouse us, and at what tempo or speed. We can learn about ourselves without thinking about a partner's opinions.
Ultimately, masturbation can help women develop a sense of self-confidence, which helps them make healthy sexual choices. It’s a perfect way for women to explore their own bodies, and learn what they like or dislike. After all, woman, if you don’t know how to please yourself – who will? It’s tough to enjoy sex with a partner when you don’t know what feels good or how your body reacts best from sexual touching. Don't be afraid to explore your body. You can use just your fingers or you can be daring and experiment with sex toys. Every women should own a vibrator. There is no penis nor mouth that can measure up to the sensation of a vibrator against your citoris.... Some man take offense to a woman who uses a vibrator... because of his underlining fear that he can't make you feel as good... but their is no vibrator that could ever take the place of the feeling and touch of your man. It really makes me mad that there’s such a double standard. Males are encouraged to be sexual and masturbate, but women are more likely to be seen as slutty or sinful if they do. Its OK to love yourself and body, and to find ways to make it feel good. When you learn your body you'll be surprised how much better your sex life with your man will get...and he for sure will benefit from you learning yourself.

THE PERFECT MATE

http://www.valentinalovett.com/

Are you looking for that perfect someone to share your life with? Finding that elusive ideal mate doesn't come that easily for most of us because we haven't learned the importance of being very clear in our thoughts what type of person would truly make us happy. When we are projecting a "murky image" of our desires it is nearly impossible for the universe to deliver a perfect package. Consider all the various traits you are seeking in a person (kindness, generosity, wealth, honesty...etc.). Do you have these same traits? Like attracts like. When we portray the images that we wish to attract in ourselves we naturally magnetize people with these same traits toward us. You need to take action - pay attention to your gut instincts being sure to follow them to see where they lead you. This is important, so listen up. Don't think you can just stay at home every evening sitting in front of your computer or television and the universe is going to plant your perfect mate on your doorstep. Oh, I think it could happen that way, but becoming an active participant in this process will speed up the results. If you suddenly get an urge to go to the market when you aren't hungry, go anyway. Your perfect mate is likely squeezing the tomatoes that very minute! Or, if it strikes you that you ought to attend a circus in a neighboring town, do it even if you hate the smell of elephant dung and normally wouldn't dream of going near the circus. You just never know who might be flying in the air waiting for you to catch them when they fall from life's trapeze. Make A Manifest List - Write out your desires on paper. This exercise is no different than selecting the specs for your new automobile. You pick and choose the characteristics you like. Just remember, any doors left open are an invitation to chance. How adventuresome are you? Are you wanting to be married? Or are you are just seeking a friend to date without strings attached? You'll get the idea. Being specific clears up the murky images, the details are important. I will share with you my list of characteristics for my ideal mate and why its important to me. I truly believe in Ask and it is giving. I'm confident that I will have all that's on my list. You see I'm not looking for someone who's perfect as I"m not prefect myself... he wont always say or do the right things, he doesn't have to look like George Cloonly, all though he is not perfect. HE is perfect for me.
MY PERFECT MATE:

1. Honest and Open: We Leo's are not really known for our tact and diplomacy. Being honest and open ourselves, we truly appreciate those qualities in our partner. I may not always like what he says or agree with his views, but I’ll always respect him for stating them. It also matters how he treats other people. If he lies to them, he’ll probably lie to me as well.

2. Intelligent and well-informed: You can’t really expect a smart, well-read woman like me to be with a man who’s not as smart, or smarter, than I am, do you? Just kidding. But if he wants to get my attention and keep it, intelligent conversation is a good way to start. I have a low threshold of tolerance for ignorant people and bores.

3. Secure and confident: If there’s one thing that’s a complete turn-off in a man, its insecurity. So is arrogance. But a healthy measure of confidence that’s firmly grounded in a strong sense of self-worth, is very, very sexy indeed.

4. Sunny disposition: As an optimist, and someone extremely sensitive to negative vibes, I would much rather be with a man who’s positive and optimistic. Seeing the humour in a situation will help us get through tough times. Moodiness is tolerable (I’m moody myself), but if the black clouds never show signs of abating, I’ll take a long rain check.

5. Encouraging, Allowing, Appreciative: No controlling, manipulative, abusive types for me, thank you. Stay away from the man who uses subtle, insidious tactics to screw with your mind. He’ll chip away at your self-esteem, leaving you thinking that you’re the basket case - when he’s really the one with the poisonous attitude. This behaviour is unacceptable - a deal-breaker.

6. Accepts me the way I am: One of the most attractive qualities in a man is his willingness to accept me the way I am without wanting to change me. And even more attractive is his ability to be forgiving of my faults (and I have a few), especially at that touchy time of month.

7. Independent: No Mama’s boys allowed on my campus. If you still live with your parents and have this little codependent thing going with your mom, you’ll score high on my Ewww rating. If you expect a woman to cook, clean and do your laundry, you need a maid, not a mate.

8. Caring and affectionate: I simply love hugging and cuddling kissing but only once we’ve gotten to that stage, not before. I’m big on PDA (Public Displays of Affection) and I love a man who’s not afraid to show the world that he cares.

9. Compassionate and liberal: No racists or bigots, please. Take your prejudices elsewhere. A man’s attitude for those less privileged than himself says a lot about his character.

10. Loves children and pets: I wouldn’t even consider dating a man who doesn’t love kids. And must love my mutt.

11. Respects himself and others: This is a biggie! Disrespect is a complete turn-off, a huge deal-breaker for me. A man who loves and respects himself will have healthy boundaries, and will respect others boundaries, mine included. If he consistently violates your boundaries, it shows he has little respect for others.

12. Spiritual: I’m a spiritual (not religious) person. I’m not materialistic. I don’t care how big your car, house or bank balance is. What matters is the size of your heart. I do pretty well for myself, but I like the simple life. So if money, cars and luxuries are all you care about, I know we’re not meant for each other. I prefer men with a spiritual bent of mind, because I know we’ll have lots to discuss and explore. Tantra, anyone?

13. Not stingy Generous: If a man is stingy with his money, you can bet he’ll be stingy with his time and affection. As far as I’m concerned, Scrooge is a character who belongs in a Dickens novel, not across my dinner table.

14. Takes care of his health: This is another biggie for me. A man who takes care of his body and exercises regularly is attractive, because it means he cares about himself.

15. Open to trying new things, having new experiences: When a man is afraid or reluctant to try anything new it tells me that he’s either afraid of change or rigid in his thinking, both very unattractive qualities. I’m adventurous and open to learning more about life, so I want to be with someone who thinks the same way.

16. Has goals and works towards them: It’s a real turn-on when a man has a sense of purpose and is going somewhere with his life. A man like that is more likely to respect and support my goals and dreams, and that could make for a great partnership.

17. Believes in being friends first: If sex is all he’s got on his mind, he’s sniffing up the wrong skirt. I’m not into casual relationships. I want someone I can talk to and have fun with. A guy who’s ok with watching a movie or a concert, going for a walk or listening to music. Friendship is the foundation of a good relationship. Sex will happen, when it feels right, and not before.

18. Willing to devote time and effort: Is he willing to put in the time and effort it takes to build a relationship? If he isn’t, then he’s probably not very interested. And if he can’t make the time, neither will I.

19. Available: Another biggie! Has a open heart, not a serial dater or commitment-phobic. I have no intention of being the string-along.
20. Loyal: not only to me, but to family and friends as well. I'm a very loyal person and i want someone in life I can always count on and trust.

21. Great in bed: I put this last, but it’s a biggie, too. Of course, he’s gotta be passionate, romantic. I really love a man who knows how to please me, becuase I always aim to please my man.

Summing up, I’d only consider dating a man I respect and admire. I can’t respect a loser (all he’ll get from me is sympathy), someone who has serious issues to deal with (I’m not his therapist unless he's willing to become one of my clients and I'll be charging by the hour), or a man who hasn’t achieved a measure of success in his own field.

LOVE YOURSELF

http://www.valentinalovett.com/
When it comes to dating, there is no truer saying than if you don't love yourself then know one can love you. People respect people who respect themselves. Relationships are like looking into a mirror. When you look into a mirror you see what you look like. When your in a relationship you are treated the way you feel about yourself. know one can treat you poorly unless you allow it. A person who loves themselves will never be with someone who doesn't reciprocated their feelings. When you have high self esteem you will not love someone who doesn't love, honor, and respect you...because you cant and wont be treated in a matter in which you feel you don't deserve.
